Our thirty-day return and refund policy is in effect. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, we are regretfully unable to offer a complete refund or exchange.

Your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in its original condition in order to be eligible for a return.

There are some products that cannot be returned. Perishable goods like food, flowers, newspapers, and periodicals are among them. Furthermore, hazardous goods, volatile liquids or gases, intimate or sanitary products, and hazardous materials are not returnable.

A receipt or other evidence of purchase is required in order for your return to be processed.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are some circumstances in which only partial refunds are given:

  • If you return a watch with obvious wear or use, including scratches, damage, or changes, we might be able to give you a partial refund.
  • In the event that shoes, clothing, or wearable glasses are returned after being opened, we might issue a partial refund. This guideline applies to products whose packaging has been opened or taken off.
  • A partial refund may be given in the event that a product—such as a watch, wearable glasses, shoes, or clothing—is returned broken, incomplete, or in a state other than what it was when it was received.
  • If you return watches, wearable glasses, shoes, or clothing more than 30 days after delivery, we might only be able to give you a partial refund.


We will send you an email to confirm the arrival of your return after it has been received and inspected. Then, we will send you an email to let you know if your refund was accepted or rejected.

Your refund will be processed as soon as it is approved, and after a certain length of time, the credited amount will be automatically transferred to your credit card or original payment method.

Refunds that arrive late or disappear

Check your bank account again if you haven’t gotten your return yet.

As it can take some time for your refund to be formally posted, we advise contacting your credit card company next.

After that, kindly get in touch with your bank. Usually, a processing time frame exists prior to the posting of a refund.

Items on sale

Refunds are only available on items with regular prices. Refunds are not available for sale items.


Items are only replaced if they are damaged or defective. Please email us and return your item to: {physical address} if you need an exchange for the same item.

As gifts

You will be given a gift credit for the amount of your return if the item was shipped straight to you and was identified as a gift when it was first purchased. You will receive a gift certificate in the mail as soon as we receive the returned item.

We will refund the gift giver and notify them of the return if the item was not indicated as a gift when it was purchased, or if the gift donor had the product shipped to themselves to give to you later.

Return shipping

Simply mail us your merchandise to start the return process.

The cost of returning your goods to us is your responsibility. These expenses are not refunded. The cost of return postage will be subtracted from your refund if one is granted.

Depending on where you live, it can take a while for your swapped merchandise to get to you.

It’s best to use a trackable shipping service or choose shipping insurance when returning more expensive things. These steps can offer additional security, even though we cannot guarantee that we will get your returned item.
